This was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful B&B's we have encountered in Western Australia.Elegant decor and setting with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. Every detail meticulously covered. Ron, our host was most welcoming and the perfect host.
Lovely hosts lovely stay. We had a nice room with a little garden. This gave us our private space for our dog too. Rooms were clean and so were linen. Living room was inviting with books, piano, board games, music player. We also enjoyed Afternoon tea and continental breakfast with fresh homemade muffins, scones, toast, yogurt, fruits etc. Talking to hosts was heartwarming. Nice lovely stay.

Felt very welcome great hospitality. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Will definitely book into The Grindhouse again if back in York.
Amazing The hosts Leanne and Ron made you feel as if it was your own home the place is immaculate and the rooms are spacious and well maintained breakfast was yummy and a lot of ingredients were home made.If you need a break from the hustle and bustle this the place for you.Could not fault in anyway. 10 out of 10
